CROMALD COTTAGES PRICES 2017

Booking Informaton:

 

  • NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
  • A non refundable deposit of £75.00  is require at time of booking to secure your chosen date, failure to comply with this will result in your provisional booking being terminated.
  • Accommodation Capacity
  • As a condition of our insurance no more than the maximum number of persons stated in the booking form may occupy the property, cottage sleeps 5.
  •  
  • Arrival & Departure Times
    Visitors are requested to arrive after 4 pm - please do not arrive early as time is needed to thoroughly clean and check cottages between lets. Properties should be left in a clean and tidy condition and vacated by 10 am on the Saturday morning of departure.
  •  
  • Balance of Payment 
    Full Payment of holiday home rental cost must be made to us, no later than six weeks prior to rental commencement date, if your booking is less thn 6 weeks before rental date full payment must be made at time of booking.
  • Cancellation If a holiday maker cancels within the six weeks prior to taking up the let, having given due notice to us in writing, we shall do our utmost to re-let the property .If we are able to do so we shall refund the balance of any rent paid less the deposit of £75. If the holiday maker cancels a booking and we are unable to re-let the property, the holiday maker is still responsible for the balance of rent due if this has not already been paid.
    Non payment of the balance of the rent will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit payment will be forfeited.
    If we have to cancel a booking for any reason any monies already paid will be refunded and where possible suggestions of any rental properties in the same area will be given, these are suggestions and we can not be held responsible for any booking made there after. 

  • Good Housekeeping Deposit
  • We require a good housekeeping deposit of £50 this is refundable within 1 week of your stay, If possible a separate cheque to be issued which will be returned to the customer or shreaded  after rental  If damage occurs (beyond fair wear and tear) or excessive cleaning is required then a claim may be made on the good housekeeping deposit provided.
  • The hirer shall ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition and that the property and its contents are respected at all times.
  •  
  • Bed Linen & towels
    Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge in each holiday home when a holiday home is being rented for more than one week extra bed linen and towels will be provided.
  •  
  • Complaints
    Complaints should be brought to the attention of the Site Manager, Kim Hodgson.
  •  
  • Damage
    All damages and breakage's are the responsibility of the Hirer, and their cost shall be refundable on demand. However, minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged.
  •  
  • Heating
    The price of the weekly rental includes electricity and central heating. There is a wood burning stove in the lounge with a starter pack of wood.
  •  
  • Insurance
    It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charge.
  •  
  • Liability
    We are unable to accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any letting.
  •  
  • Animals
    Whilst we welcome up to 2 well behaved animals at an extra cost of £15 per pet, they must not be allowed on the beds or furniture and must not be left alone in the cottages. If pets are found unaccompanied in the cottage you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. If you're pet incurs any damage to the property or it's contents you will be asked to reimburse Cally Estate Holiday Lets. All animals accompanying guests to the cottages must be paid for and not exceed the stated amount. (this applies to ALL animals using the cottage facilities and garden area) Cottages must be left in a clean and tidy state, removing all pet hair from the cottage and faeces from garden area. A FLAT CHARGE OF £50 WILL BE BILLED TO YOU if this is not followed. All animals accompanying guests to the cottages must be paid for and not exceed the stated amount. (this applies to ALL animals using the cottage facilities and garden area).
  •  
  • Walking

  • Please bear in mind that Cromald cottages are located on a working farm, and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and we ask you not to walk through fields with livestock in them as animals are wild and unpredictable and we can not guarantee your safety.
  •  
  • Smoking
    We operate a policy of no smoking in the cottages.
