Within easy travelling distance from Edinburgh Airport, we are centrally located in Perthshire to enjoy walking, cycling and golf and many other activies..

We are 7 miles from Blairgowrie, 17 miles from Pitlochry

we are 27 miles from Scone Palace, 20 miles from Blair Castle.

and are perfectly situated for those walking the Cateran trail which is visible from the cottages and is a 60 km round walk.

There are numberous golf courses near by including the famous Rosemount & Lansdowne which is only a 15 minute drive away in Blairgowrie.  Dalmunzie golf course is also nearby and is one of the highest golf courses in not only in Perthshire but in Great Britain.
